Watches are priced differently. Every product page has the unit price including VAT visible.

1. Pull the crown (which is the knob located at the right hand side of your watch) out one 'click' to change the time.
2. Gently turn the crown to change the time.
3. When the time has been set, push the crown back into its original position.
If your SILICA watch is not working correctly or have any damage before any usage, please contact us immediately to start the exchange process. You shall always contact us before shipping your watch back to us.
SILICA watches include 2 sizes: 36 and 42 mm.
We recommend avoiding contact with water wherever it is possible. Do not shower with your watch, as excessive exposure to liquids can cause damage to your watch strap. Be aware that excessive perspiration can have a detrimental effect on your leather strap. Take into consideration factors such as exposure to heat and direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure may dry out and bleach the leather. You can nourish your leather strap using small amounts of leather conditioner.
All the watches are water resistant - 3ATM. We do not recommend that you shower or swim with your watch as it may damage it.
Deliveries are conducted within 24 to 48 hours during working days. International deliveries can take up to 2-weeks.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number and a tracking website.

All watches come with a two year warranty valid from date of purchase.
Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under normal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, SILICA will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch’s model or any part original to your watch’s model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of repair or replacement.

If you mail your watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watch band or any other item or personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return.
Although you will not be charged for repair or replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to us, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all the repair or replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of repair or replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.
Our limited warranty does not cover the following: Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals; damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or workmanship; water penetration, except in watches marked as water-resistant
Damage resulting from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized SILICA service provider is not covered under this warranty and shall void the warranty. The warranty shall become void if the serial number engraved on the watch’s case is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
You can return your product up to 30 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged. For more detail, please visit our returns and exchanges policy page.

The debit on your credit card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by Stripe
